What do you mean by "Notes"?
"Notes" at Loan Interchange is an informal & collective term
when referencing:

Property backed notes
Trust deeds
Trust deed investments
Commercial mortgage notes
Residential mortgage notes
Only notes backed by real property can be listed.
How do I access "Note" details so I can bid?

To "BID" on a note, you will need to register as a member.
Membership is free in beta. Complete your profile, which
is private & will only be shared with the note seller on
whose note you bid.
A "Bid" on a note for sale is equivalent to an indication of
interest subject to completion of due diligence on the
note and property. Loan Interchange uses a negotiated
